A standard poster template has been prepared for the graduation project poster presentations of our department's senior students. To ensure visual consistency across the department, our students are kindly requested to comply with the rules and submission steps outlined below when preparing their posters.
Design Rules
Protected Areas: The color, logos, and font type located in the header section of the template must not be changed in any way.
Design Harmony: The remaining sections of the poster, where you will add your own content, must be designed in harmony with the existing colors and corporate identity of the template.
Submission and Approval Process
Submission Format: The works must be submitted in a print-ready PDF format.
Advisor Approval: It is mandatory to obtain approval from your advisor for the designs prior to the submission process. Posters without advisor approval will not be accepted.
Submission Address: The prepared posters must be sent via email to softwareengineeringmsku@gmail.com.
Deadline: May 11, 2026, 17:30
