How to Get SGK Work Entry Declaration (İşe Giriş Bildirgesi) Document
If the company you’re gonna do your internship at requires SGK Work Entry Declaration document, you can get your SGK Work Entry Declaration document which is paid by Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University from the e-Government system on the Friday before you start your internship next week by yourself.
For this, you can click on the link provided
here and after logging in to the e-Government system on the page that opens, click on the "Belge Oluştur/Create Document" button shown below to get your document that has verification code on it. Afterwards, you can give that document to the company where you will do your internship via an e-mail or printing out and hand delivering it.
