Dear Software Engineering Department Students,
You have reached the final stage of your Graduation Project work for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. The materials required for your projects to be evaluated and the submission conditions are specified below.
As an important reminder; even if your projects are a group effort, each student must make their submission individually. Every member of the group must combine all the materials listed below into a single compressed file and upload it via the shared Google Form.
Required Materials for Submission:
Project Report: Your official report containing all the details of your project. (You must strictly adhere to the official report template, which you can access from
here. Reports that do not comply with the template will not be evaluated.)
Project Poster: Your poster work summarizing the objective, architecture, and outputs of your project.
Demo Video: A short promotional video demonstrating the operating logic, interface, and core functions of your project.
Submission Deadline:
The final date to complete your individual submission is June 8, 2026 (08/06/2026). Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
File Naming Convention:
To ensure correct individual matching of the files uploaded to the form and to prevent any confusion, it is mandatory to name your compressed file in the following format before uploading:
StudentID_Name_Surname_ProjectName.zip
