Students who have completed two internships during the summer term are required to fill out two separate forms for each internship.
You are required to submit your internship reports via the Google Form linked below:

Internship evaluation forms should be submitted to Hasan YİĞİT, RA, in a sealed envelope.
Please use only these time slots: Monday 12:30-13:30, Tuesday 12:30-13:30, Wednesday 11:00-12:00. No one accepted your report.
