Pre-Internship Documents:

Internship Approval Process Documents:

Please follow the steps below to prepare the documents properly:

    - The document to be provided to the requesting company during the internship search process will be labelled as "Document A," which can be obtained from the head of the internship committee.
    - For the internship application, you must submit documents labelled 1 and 2 to the department's internship committee.
    - Before your internship, get your • SGK Employment Entry Statement from the e-Government portal and present it to your internship company.
    - The document labelled "Document I" will be prepared during your internship and should be approved by your supervisor and the company.
    - Similarly, the document labelled as "Document II" will be filled out by your internship supervisor and should be approved by both the supervisor and the company.
    - After completing the internship, you are required to submit Documents I and II to the department within the specified dates.
