  Assist.Prof.Dr. Cihat ÇETİNKAYA

   Dr. Cihat ÇETİNKAYA received his undergraduate (2008) degrees from Pamukkale University Engineering Faculty Computer Engineering Department and his master's degree (2011) and doctorate (2017) degrees from Ege University International Computer Institute. While working on Machine Learning-assisted Medical Image Processing during his graduate studies, Dr. Çetinkaya researched the design of Software Defined Networks and Video Streaming Systems during his doctoral studies. He worked as a Research Assistant at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering, and Ege University International Computer Institute during his graduate and doctorate education. After completing his doctorate education, he worked as a Research Assistant at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering. Dr. Cetinkaya has taught many courses, mainly Programming Fundamentals, Object-Oriented Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Network Programming, and Multimedia Network Fundamentals. Working as an Associate Professor at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Engineering, Software Engineering since April 2021, Dr. Çetinkaya's main research areas are Software-defined networking, Network Softwarization, Network Function Virtualization, and Video Streaming. As a researcher in many projects and as an author of national/international articles, Dr. Çetinkaya received the best paper awards in 2014 and 2017 at the conferences organized by the IEEE Consumer Technology Community.


  Assist.Prof.Dr. Emine Elif TÜLAY

   Dr. Emine Elif TÜLAY was born in Mersin in 1984. After completing her primary and secondary education in different cities in Turkey, she graduated from Istanbul Yeşilköy Anatolian High School. She then received her undergraduate (2007) and master's (2009) degrees in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Kultur University (IKU). Simultaneously with her master's degree, she started to work as a research assistant at the Brain Dynamics, Cognition and Complex Systems Research Center, which has an international place in brain research, also within the body of Istanbul Kultur University. During the ten years she worked there, she worked as an author in many international articles investigating the working mechanism of the brain in different neuropsychiatric diseases with the analysis of biological signals (EEG signals) and as a scholar in a Tübitak project. In addition, she started her doctorate education in the Advanced Neurosciences (Neuroscience) program at Istanbul University and completed her education in 2019. Between 2017-2019, she continued to work as an R&D specialist in the Technology Transfer Office of Üsküdar University. After completing her doctorate, she worked in the Computer Engineering (English) Department of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences of the same university. Then, she started her career as a  faculty member. Currently, she is a Professor at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Software Engineering (English). She serves as a faculty member in the software engineering department. Her interests include Biological Signal Processing, Brain-Computer Interfaces, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks.


  Assist.Prof.Dr. Fatma Önay KOÇOĞLU

   Dr. Fatma Önay KOÇOĞLU graduated from Istanbul University (IU) Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics and Sakarya University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering. She received her master's degree in 2012 and her doctorate in 2017 from the IU Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Informatics, with a thesis she prepared on Data Mining. In 2011, she was a graduate student in the Department of Computer Engineering at the Université de Technologie de Compiégne (France) for six months. She is continuing her second doctorate in IU-Cerrahpasa Graduate Education Institute Industrial Engineering Program and is at the thesis stage. She worked as a Research Assistant at IU Informatics Department between 2010-2021 and continues her studies in Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Decision Support Systems, Location Selection, Assignment Problems, Mathematical Modeling, and Optimization. She has many scientific studies published in national and international fields. Moreover, she participated in scientific research projects supported by TUBITAK and Higher Education Institutions and taught at events organized by Higher Education Institutions and Non-Governmental Organizations. In addition to all these, she speaks fluent English and basic French.


  Assist.Prof.Dr. Övgü ÖZTÜRK

   Dr. Övgü ÖZTÜRK received her bachelor's degree by double majoring in the Departments of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering at Middle East Technical University. Then, she did her postgraduate studies at the University of Tokyo on VLSI chip design and display systems. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Vision and Multimedia Systems from the University of Tokyo. During her doctoral studies at the University of Tokyo, she researched Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Interactive Multimedia Systems. Working in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Game Design, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality for the Health, Education, Tourism, Information, and Communication Technologies sectors, Dr. Ozturk worked as a coordinator in more than ten projects supported by Tübitak, European Union, KOSGEB and Development Agency.


  Assist.Prof.Dr. Selim YILMAZ

   Dr. Selim YILMAZ received his undergraduate degree from Selçuk University Electronics and Computer Education Department in 2010, his master's degree from Süleyman Demirel University Computer Engineering Department in 2014, and his doctorate from Hacettepe University Computer Engineering Department in 2020. Confirmation of regulations from the nature of doctoral work. He worked as a researcher at Hacettepe University Computer Department (English) between 2014 and 2020. He has been working as a research assistant at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Computer Department (English) since 2020. In the beginning (English at the Department of Software Engineering at Muğla Sıtman University), Dr. He started his career as a lecturer. He also works as a faculty member in the Artificial Intelligence Master's Program at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, and he is still a member of Hacettepe University Wireless Networks and Intelligent Secure Systems Laboratory (WISE Lab.). The main research areas are evolutionary and general designs, from designs and designs to real problems. The management of attack and routing problems in global networks are aspects of such available approaches. It has publications scanned in international indexes. Some of the things of interest are data mining, machine learning, planning techniques, evolutionary evolutions, and the internet.
