Pre-Internship Documents:
1. Document Demonstrating the Obligatory Nature of Internship for Our Students:
Internship Obligation Document.
This document gives the requesting company the opportunity to show that the university will make your SGK payment. The document can be obtained from the head of the internship committee.
Aproval Documents:

Company Approval Document.
2. Document Indicating the Affiliated Social Security Institution: (2.1 or 2.2)

2.2. Checking SPAS Eligibility Certificate via the e-Government System:

For the internship application, you must submit documents labeled 1 and 2 (choose only 2.1 or 2.2) to the department's internship committee.

2. Internship Evaluation Form:

Document 1 will be prepared during your internship and should be approved by your supervisor and the company.
Similarly,
the document labeled 2 will be filled out by your internship supervisor and should be approved by both the supervisor and the company. It is a closed envelope.
After completing the internship, you must submit Documents 1 and 2 to the department within the specified dates.
